On June 28, 2024, the supreme court overturned the landmark Chevron Ruling from 1984 that has instructed lower courts to defer to federal agencies (e.g. OSHA, FDA, DOT, EPA etc.) when laws passed by Congress are not crystal clear. Our panel will discuss how this ruling affects the EHS industry from both the compliance enforcement perspective and the legality perspective.
