Elizabeth Romano is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager with over 30 years of experience in the areas of hazardous materials management, safety, project/task management, and contractor management.  Her experience includes management and support of small, fast-paced projects as well as multi-year large operations and programs involving engineering design and environmental remediation.

Susan McCoy as a volunteer manager involved with recruiting, scheduling for events while adhering to different venue regulations while ensuring safety of volunteers and patrons.  As chemistry educator involved with management, setup inventory and procurement of supplies needed for student labs as well as support for research labs.

Bill Perkins is the current Chapter President and is an independent consultant in environmental services sales.  His career has spanned laboratory, transportation, hazardous waste and waste to energy sales.  Additionally he has mentored and trained numerous sales professionals.  His first career was in higher education administration.  Bill is married to Colleen and has three children and one grandchild.  

Mark Wagher Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Western Illinois University and took graduate studies at the University of Houston. He has served as an environmental chemist for several private industry companies as well as a few Department of Energy sites including Fernald, Mound, Portsmouth, and Savannah River Site.

Heather Tittjung is a Senior Environmental Remediation Specialist for Magellan Midstream Partners, a publicly traded oil pipeline, storage and transportation company.  As a remediation specialist she manages complex, long-term cleanup efforts of major pipeline and facility petroleum releases in 15 mid-continent states.  Additional responsibilities include; communicating and negotiating with multiple state and local regulatory agencies, leg

David Onchagwa is an Environmental Health and Safety Manager at Texas A&M University at Qatar since 2008, with responsibilities for health, safety  and hazardous waste management programs. He has held several designations in health and safety in the last twenty years. He holds a BA in Geoscience from New Jersey City University and a MA in Environmental Management from Montclair State University in New Jersey, USA.
